Heuristic evaluation___

Deep analysis of the actual web, focusing on Nielsen’s evaluation key points. Features such as visbility, consistency or efficiency of use were studied and pinned as main pain points.

UX investigation___

Gathered insight from interviews and surveys, combining the results with affinity diagrams, user persona, user journey and MoSCoW among other tools.

UI design___

Complete website redesign using the investigation results and applying them to the creative process. Also designed moodboards, brand attributes and other exercises in order to guide the end result.

Prototype___

Final product design, adjusting all UX investigation key elements. Testing prototype created with Figma. Some interactions were also designed using Keynote.
